Conditions for Refund
We have a half-month quality assurance policy for the products you purchase.
If there are any defects in the product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will respond accordingly.
For exchanges or refunds due to defects or issues with the product, we cannot accommodate requests made more than 2 weeks after the purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Cases where refunds cannot be processed
Refunds cannot be processed in the following cases:
1. The product has exceeded the two-week purchase period.
2. The product shows obvious damage or wear after use.
3. The product has not been used according to the provided instructions.
4. The product has been opened or used, making it impossible to restore to its original condition.
We cannot accept changes to the order content (such as changes to the product, color, or size) or cancellations after the order has been placed. Please understand this and verify the content before completing your order. We do not accept exchanges or returns for customer-related issues such as incorrect size, mismatch with expectations, or ordering mistakes.
